Mostly through dedication and hard work. We have been involved in the specialty food business for more than 20 years gaining an incredible amount of experience and knowledge. For certain clubs, we have developed key relationships with partners who are experts in their area.
When making selections, we look for two things: quality and uniqueness. Quality is verified by our staff or by authorities in the given product line. Uniqueness of each product is very important to us. You will not likely find our product selections in your local grocery market. While some selections might be found regionally or in gourmet shops, we make every effort to be unique and pride ourselves at discovering terrific local or regional finds and buying direct from the producer.
Of course! If you know of a product that would fit nicely as a selection for one of our clubs or if you have a suggestion for a new club, let us know! We are always looking for new and exciting finds and ideas.
We make every effort to select items that will be agreeable to most people. However, what one person likes, another might hate. We want your input – let us know if you hate something, or – if you love something let us know as well. Your input will help us with future selections.

We typically ship via USPS or FedEx Smartpost (which is delivered by USPS). When ordering, please provide a USPS deliverable shipping address. We do not require or offer signature delivery.
Most of our clubs ship in the middle of each month and arrive toward the end of each month. The exact date you receive your shipment will depend on a number of things including shipping method and your location. If an expected delivery is not received by the end of the month, let us know.
No, with literally 1,000's of different third party vendors we work with, there is no way we can offer specific deliver dates.
We will make every effort to deliver first shipments in time for Christmas delivery. Order cutoffs for Christmas delivery will be posted on the Holiday Information Page.
When purchasing you will be able to enter a personalized message to your recipient. We will send this message to your gift recipient letting them know about the gift. You will also be able to give us any detailed instructions you wish. We aim to please, so please don’t hesitate to let us know about any special arrangements you require.
Our online system allows you to keep a personal address book for your recipients for easy shopping. When placing your initial order, entering a password creates and account for you that will then store all of your billing address and shipping address info. Should you have a very large amount (more then ten) or need assistance, contact us.
Yes, due to the varying nature of our offerings, we can only provide discounts on a case by case basis. Feel free to contact us for more information.
No. With the final shipment of a subscription, we may include a renewal offer, but it is completely up to you if you wish to renew.
Yes. You will be refunded a prorated amount of the unused portion of the membership for cancellations received by the first of the month.
