Your satisfaction is our top priority. With that in mind we have implemented the following policies:

Substitution or switching from one club to another. Mustards or jellies or bbq sauces piling up in the fridge? If you wish to switch to another club, contact us and we will switch you to a club of equal or lesser value or determine a credit amount that can be applied to another club. Note: we partner with other companies to be able to offer certain clubs. Because we do not directly fulfill these clubs, we are not able to switch from a club that we do fulfill to one that we do not.
Cancellations/Refunds. Should you wish to cancel, a prorated amount will be refunded to you for the unused portion of your original purchase.

Address changes or pauses. If you need to change your shipping address, simply email us the old address and new address. Going on an extended vacation? Let us know and we will pause your shipments until you get back.

Undeliverable shipments. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses or for changes of address. Please be sure that you are entering the correct address at checkout and to include applicable apartment or suite numbers. Notify us immediately via email if there is a change in address.

If an item is returned to us because you have entered an incorrect address or have moved, the item will not be resent at no cost to you as we already will have incurred the cost of shipping the package to you and the cost of shipping it back to us. If you would like the item resent, please contact us at 888-378-3378 and we will quote you the cost of reshipment.
