Shipments are typically delivered toward the end of each month.

If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a detailed message. When contacting us about an existing order, please reference your order number (if available) and/or the exact name of the recipient. All customer emails and voice messages will be returned promptly.

For address changes, please email us at info@monthclubstore.com. Please include the order number (if available), exact recipient name, current shipping address and the new shipping address. Address changes submitted after the 1st of the month are not guaranteed to take effect until the following month.
